2008 Clay County Quality of Life Progress Report

The 2008 Clay County Quality of Life Progress Report represents the work of hundreds of dedicated Clay County citizens who have assessed the overall quality of life in their communities and the issues that concern them.  Work began in January 2008 when nearly 1,000 citizens from across the county came together to create a vision for the future of Clay County.  Over the ensuing nine months, hundreds more participated in a detailed survey on quality of life issues or volunteered to serve as members of the newly formed Clay Quality Council.  Their efforts resulted in the identification of a set of meaningful indicators to measure Clay County’s progress toward achieving that vision.  This work has established a foundation by which to evaluate our future progress.  The Council is proud to present the inaugural Quality of Life Progress Report for Clay County, Florida.
